Process:
We work together with the client, defining objectives, strategy and timeline. We then produce a written public relations plan, implement the plan and provide a monthly written report to the client.
Constant interaction with our clients is critical to achieve success. We supply our clients with plans, summaries, and clipping reports to substantiate our work.
Execution of the PR plan is handled by a team of 3-4 people depending on scope.
Pitching the client to the media on an ongoing basis regionally, nationally and internationally.
We create key messages for each client and then media train when appropriate.
Writing of press release, pr, promotional and marketing materials on/ offline.
Create strategic partnerships and influencer/ celebrity campaigns when needed.
We coordinate media tours and events in key markets.
